Company had earned exempt income during the year comprises of Share of profit from partnership firm and Long term capital gain u/s 10(38)...
AO disallowed expensed by applying formula of Rule 8D...
Is it as per law to consider above exmept income in Sec 14A??? Is der any cases favoring assessee in this matter... Need help asap
