If you have paid the self. assessment tax i.e. it may computed without interest u/s 234(a) because in return you have selected U/s 139(1). In this case your ITR didn't calculated any interest.

You don't needs to do anything. Income tax department may raise demand notice. So just wait and see what will happen..........
