when can a Trust can apply for 12A Certificate..

Does a trust have to run for atleast 3 years & audit their accounts for the period to be elligible to get 12A ?

Online form 10A Email & mobile no. is prefilled & can not be edited.
which is different than my principle contact & Profile detail.
is it normal to be like this.
