I have filled my return on sec 119(2)(b) and received permission from PR CIT & filled e return in website
after that I'm receiving message from CPC your return has been processed by Assessing officer
I contacted my assessing officer, he said yet to receive your return and he wrote raise this issue it ITBA
but I don't know how to raise issue and please suggest better way to get my return process
I'm away from my home town, could you please suggest how to solve this in online

Raise the issue with CPC by using eNivaran on e-filing site
earlier than 2015-16 only manual itr can be processed by itd
hi, but in permission letter clearly mentioned file your e return in cpc
if earlier to 15-16 go to ur ao ask to process itr manually i m working under income tax dept , higher authority are not aware about technical problems. software not show online filed itr before 15-16
