1000 payment issue

~I was paid 1000rs after receipt of intimation order in 143(1) for A.Y.- (21-22) and also uploaded it.
~But the payment was wrongly made in minor head 300, whereas it should have been in minor head 400.
~Even now it is showing penalty of 1000 on income tax and interest is also showing on it.
what should be done? please suggest. ........
