10 E claim
one employee who was posted on July 2015 didn't get his Salary till Aug 2017. Since he has no income he has not file return for financial Year 2015-16 and 2016-17 . In the year 2017 he got all his salary as arrears ' . can he claim 10 E relief for the arrearsalary ? lf so what are the procedures for that

You can file 10E ( But you must know about the arrear salary bifurcation that means belongs to which FY and AY)

Normal steps first 10 Efiling then ITR filing
Yes he can claim relief u/s 89 and for claiming that relief you have to file Form 10 E while filing your return of Income.
