what if in case of an Indian resident goes USA for 5 months job and then returns back in India after paying all US taxes which his US employer deducted from his Income earned in US?

Since his period of stay in India is > 182 days in that year and the condition u/s. 6(1)(b) too is not satisfied, he would be treated as resident and would be required to pay tax on income earned in US

In such case the assessee will also be eligible to claim relief U/s. 90 of all the US taxes paid in US.

But which date exchange rate is required to be considered to convert US Dollar income into Indian Rupee? and what kind of US taxes relief not available U/s Sec 90
