There are 3 people A,B & C

A & B are the brothers ( Blood Relation)

There is rent agreement between A&C (property owner is C)

can B take GST Registration at place at for which rent agreement made between A&C in his (B) own name for his business

for this case is there any need of subletting required or NOC (NOC Between A&B) will work in this case for purpose of GST Registration

please let me know or suggest the same

A & B are two distinct persons for GST. So, act accordingly.

Well...

Here Mr B is not a tenant. So, he is not eligible for take registration in the said premises...

But,
In case Mr A get rights from Mr C for sub letting in the premises then he can give the same to Mr B...
