1/2011 central excise

Dear Sir,

                We are availing examption under notification no. 1/2011 C.E. in which we are clearing goods @ 1% . but vide notificaiton no. 16/2012 it been amended to 2%. but in return which notifition should be mentioned. if we enter 1/2011 C.E. it shows that notifition not valid to return period. please resolve the issue.
