1 1/2 year of articleship and industrial training

Accordng to current regulations, we have to undergo 2 years of articleship training in order to be eligible for industrial training .I would like to recommend to the president of ICAI it should be made 1 1/2 years of articleship in order to be eligible for industrial traininhg . It would be just and fair 1 1/2 years of articleship and industrial training .I would like to invite all my caclubindia friends to make this movement successful.Can anybody provide me email id of president of ICAI so that i can make him understand this step will go in long way for aspiring CA
