'other entity' in form aoc-4
Can anyone tell that what we have to attach in DETAILS OF OTHER ENTITY in Form AOC-4. It becomes mandatory attachment once we enter the details of related party transactions at arm length price.

If you are filing AOC-4 of Subsidiary company then it will become mandatory to attach details of other entity i.e. details of holding company.
