Bull Shit. They are sending the wrong message through the wrong means. For me, the message I got was, '' NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE DEAR TO YOU TO DO CA. LET HIM FOR FOR MBA RATHER. IT IS A MUCH BETTER COURSE AND THE BEST PART IS, INSTEAD OF EXISTING MBA'S HELL BENT UPON SLITTING YOUR THROAT, THEY HELP YOU AND MENTOR YOU. ''

Well according to the notice put up on the website they might have just warned rather taken a step because the committe had considered to de-recognize.

The notice may be served to Warn the students about the seriousness involved in taking dummy and the consequences latter.

I think the confusion can be straighten to clarity if those 3 articles come up publicly or take some action.

After all, someone (either Institute or the three Articles) should justify warning rather serve the notice and leave the matter upon the students to react.

OR ELSE, we will cancel ur articleship too.

Just what does ICAI want to say?

3 students. Is that even 0.05% of actual dummy students?

It does not even breach a materiality threshold.

And its not said why the articleship was de-recognised?

For fraud, negligence or dummy?

There are far more issues (better ones) icai should think of (RESULTS,STIPEND) and net those principals responsible for doing so instead of the students.

who r  they student ....if institute wants to eradicate dummy then shall take appropriate step ... 3 student se kya hoga ...agar check karna hain toh har attempt ki sare merit holder ko acche se check kare ...i am confident that > 75% are dummy  icai shall also look after principals behaviour , work given by them and stipend...the most important stipend if u enhance it then dummy article will be reduce..........

hum mante hai ki dummy nahi hona chahiye. Aur dummy aticle ko punishment bhi milni chahiye. But what is the relation between articleship transfer and dummy article. The dummy article does not affected whether there is restiction on articleship transfer or not ??

wtf...how can icai do this.??  its just like using the absolute power only against the students.  There are more than 5 lac students to control and if Icai chooses to control its members which are only 1.5 lac, they would show better results.

Y only students have to take articleship seriously, CA's should also take responsibility to give articleship seriously. They are professionals and know how important it is to do articleship seriously. Students are immature.

But here ICAI is also acting like an immature body not knowing what to do and how to do. Even the post on the website is being un-professional. Is it some type of threatening that the institute is giving.?? This is what they call Professionalism.?? really sucking professionalism. Ashamed of being a  student of ICAI. Dnt know if ICAI will ever feel ashamed on what they do to students.
