Respected Sir My name is samir chakraborty I am CS executive student I need some help related with General and commercial law.my Email ID:-samirk_mba@yahoo.com 1) Abhay’s agricultural land was purchased by the government for the purpose of construction of a factory but no duty was paid for his transfer by the government .Abhay wanted to take back his land on the ground that government has not paid the duty and therefore, no sale deed was executed .Will Abhay succeed ? Give reasons. 2) Ritu Informed Sushil in the year 1998 that she had committed theft of the jewelers of her Neighbors. Thereafter, Ritu and sushil were married in 1999.In the year 2001,Prosecution was started against Ritu in respect of the theft of Jewelers. Sushil is called to give evidence in this case. Discuss whether sushil can disclosethe communication made to him by ritu. 3) A document was executed by Several person at different times.The person in whose favor such execution was made, presented the document for re-registered after expiry of three month. Whether such document can be registered and if yes within what period. 4) “A” and “B” agree orally to carry on a partnership business at will and commence business also. Hello sir, In my company Balance sheet:- Reserve & Surplus includes only negative balance of P & L Ac. Do I have to deduct this amount with paid up capital and then i have to calculate 60% of the balance amount or should i straight away calculate 60 % of paid up capital. Kindly advice.

dear Sir ! Does gross value of outstanding balances of loan payable plus loan paid plus loan recevied by a company with its associate companies and directors amounts to gross value of transaction under AS-18 which is to be disclosed in form 23AC ? Thank you !

A show cause notice has been received under above section for quoting wrong PAN on ITR for A.Y 2010-11. Can anyone help me while preparing document( power of attorney etc) that needed to be before income tax officer on determined date. Its totally a clerical mistake made by person who prepare that return on behalf of assessee. oR anyone have anyohter reason to present before officer , so plz tell me.
