    Hi Sir, "Purchase of food packets from canteen and giving to employees." Does it mean contract between company and canteen. Is there any need to deduct TDS while making payment? we have purchased the food only for some days.As far as i think it doesn't mean catering Regards, Raviteja

    Sir, We received a Invoice for Rs. 20,000/- with Service Tax. On this amount can I deduct the TDS @ 2% on this bill. What is the amount for TDS deductible on Invoice. Can u advise me.
