Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.

HI, Could you pls guide me on how to join articleship. To attaempt the Nov 2014 IPCC i am needed to have 9 months articleship but these CAs are unaware of this scheme and insist that articleship can be joined AFTER IPCC and NOT BEFORE it. I am completely in deep shit coz i left my very well paying job to pursue CA and now this issue and not letting me do it. The institute is washing off their hands saying articleship is not their concern, if CAs are unaware then its their fault. Basically I am screwed and really need a solution. Dear please guide me regarding ROC e-filling If the company is newly incorporated, AGM to be held within 18 months from the date of incorporation OR 9 months from the date of closing of financial year whichever is earlier As per our Company incorporated in 15th June 2012 So can we close our first FY 15th June 2012 to 31st March 2013 So, our First FY is 31-03-2013, then First AGM 31st December 2013. (Within 9 month of First FY closing) 29th January 2014 due for e-filling of Form 23AC and Form 23ACA (Within 30 days of AGM) 28th February 2014 due for e-filling of Form 20B (Within 60 days of AGM) So, our subsequent AGM, it should be held within 6 months from the end of that financial year. So the next FY of our Company is 31st March 2014 then AGM held on or before 30 September 2014 30 October 2014 due for e-filling of Form 23AC and Form 23ACA 29 November 2014 due for e-filling of Form 20B Am I right please reply and clear me? We are executing a civil work in Chennai Petrolium Corp.Ltd Chennai and supplying material from Noida (U.P)through applicable CST.But we are being deducted with 5% WCT. Is WCT applicable in this case?If no how to get it back?
