Dear Mr. Ramesh, If u go through the Form No. 16 & 16A provided in the Income Tax Rule it is clearly evident that some new requirement has been added, which directly relates to new systems of TDS return filing. UTN,rebate u/s. 88, 88B, 88C etc are required in TDS certificate, which now a days are not relevant. New procedure of TDS return filing i.e. Form No. 17, 24C, etc. has been suspended for the time being. Please substantiate your reply.
