Dear sir, I have one client who providing interior works to his clients my quries as follows: 1.if taking contract then he have to buy some material for providng the interior work then how to biiling?? 2.if doing billing then he comes under WCT or not???.if dont want come under WCT then he can shown billing of material as reimbursement of Exp(Material bill will be in the name of his client if Take) 3.he has to register under MVAT then how to do billing for Same. Pl Clarify

I ve come to a problem. A scheme of 18 flat units, started construction after 15th Nov 2009 & got only 1000K as booking amt till 31/03/2010. the contractor for construction has completed G+1 floor & structure of 2nd floor of G+4. Contract with construction contractor has been fixed on lumpsum basis. No RA bills. Assessee is p'ship firm. I am confused how to create balance sheet & P&L acct. As if i capitalize exp & land, no P&L items. Also i can't show booking amt as income. there is no loan, only partners brought the fund. Price of units are subject to fluctuations in real estate market. how to decide revenue using AS 7? Also what shoul amount to scheme investment? my mail ID shridharshah25@gmail.com
