hello sir...i want to confirm whether from nominee appointed by LIC of India's point of view his appointment in any company constitute a directorship for him for the purpose of calculation of number of total companies in which he is a director..

oh...so must enquire at the commissionarate on this regard...u say its permitted under the act ? is there any such provision stated in the act? or is it a return filing practice methodology adopted?

I recently rcvd ur reply for a query - http://www.caclubindia.com/experts/consequence-of-non-filing-of-st-return-500385.asp If the time limit exceeds, you can inform the same to the commissioner and incorporate the changes in next return. u mean to say u can show that amr is rcvd fro curent yr and make return accordingly?

I live in Bhilai. I would like to know about "Premises Code" use in sales tax return filing by Excel Utility. I am not able to find "Premises Code" in www.aces.gov.in after loging it.
