dear sir, my articleship extended for 94 days and i fill form 108 again. i face some problem to fill the form 108, specially page no. 4 of this form. a information want by icai in this form is 'date of commencement of articleship' plz suggest me what date i fill in this row option(1) - date of articleship starting in main deed (form 102) , Option(2)- date of articleship starting in supplementary deed (form 108). plz reply soon. dharmendra

Dear all, appreciate if you can help. I was working in company X from Apr-Dec,09 and company Y in Jan-MAr,10. While leaving Company X, I forgot to submit my HR Rent Receipts and the company hence did not give any exemption on HRA in the Form 16 for the period Apr-Dec,09. In order to adjust the same, I submitted my HR receipts for the entire 12 motnhs Apr-Mar to Company Y and asked them to adjust the exemptions accordingly. However, the Form 16 for Company Y does not highlight the rent paid for the period Apr-Dec, 09. I also understand that I might have filed my return wrongly, so an intimation under section 143 (1) is expected. What should I do since my Form 16 from either of the cmopanies is not showing the HRA exemption. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
