Respected Sir My name is samir chakraborty I am CS executive student I need some help related with General and commercial law.my Email ID:-samirk_mba@yahoo.com 1) Abhay’s agricultural land was purchased by the government for the purpose of construction of a factory but no duty was paid for his transfer by the government .Abhay wanted to take back his land on the ground that government has not paid the duty and therefore, no sale deed was executed .Will Abhay succeed ? Give reasons. 2) Ritu Informed Sushil in the year 1998 that she had committed theft of the jewelers of her Neighbors.
