Can i get the minimum wage calculation sheet as applicable from 01.04.2017.As i have doubt on calculation of ESI and other statutory payments,i.e base on which this has to be calculated.Whether to include leave pay of 18 days for calculation of statutory payment .Also bonus @8.33 percent is on minimum wage but what is rs 7000 ceiling on bonus.Kindly guide.

Hi Sir, I filed ITR-1 before the deadline last year (July 2017) but still there's no refund initiated from IT Dept. I understand this year it was slow processing compared to previous years because of whole demonetization episode but still it has been more than 7 months. Is there a time frame issued by IT Dept. that you are aware of. Thanks in advance !
