In a firm carrying out mfg. activity (10yr), father, mother, son and huf are partners. Son left India n now NRI. Firm sold off entire assets of the firm. Parents propose to send funds < $2 lakh (partly towards son's share of assets and balance '?') Q1. Whether this is Repatriation at all since invested when in India and out of funds in India? Q2. THANK FOR RESPONDING TO MY MAIL HOW CAN I FILE ONLINE TDS RETURN . DOES IT NEED TO BE DONE THROUGH SOFTWARE RPU 3.5 VERSION OR THEIR IS SOME OTHER WAY. WHILE IM DOING FROM RPU ERROR MGS PROMPT INVALID DEDUCTEE SERIAL NO FOR ADDED RECORD. HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS & WHAT ARE THE STEP TO UPLOAD RETURN
