Notes: This Excel file contains Macro which creates text file which is used for uploading Provident Fund ECR. Enable Macros, Enter data in sheet called' FINAL’. Be aware of the data validation Rules mentioned in the 'ref2' sheets. I have incorporated some of them in excel sheet itself. Run the macro ‘createtextfile’ from this('FINAL's)Sheet .You are prompted for a name for text file to be generated. Save the text file in a location suitable for upload. #xls
