Bombay High Court in its important judgemtn given on 20.4.2010 has held that nominee of shares u/s 109A of Companies Act gets all ownership rights for those shares. This is different from nonmination u/s 39 of Insurance Act which just gives right to nominee to hold the policy in trust. #pdf
