Gaurav Garg is the founder of JGarg and is steering Transfer Pricing & Valuation practice.

Gaurav’s experience spans over eight years. He has exclusively worked on more than 200 transfer pricing assignments comprising of transfer pricing documentation, planning, litigation support services, cost sharing arrangements etc. He has been actively Involved in domestic, regional and global transfer pricing projects for multinational clients in various industries ranging from Auto Ancillary, EPC, Engineering-Heavy & General Machineries, Infrastructure, Industrial Goods to Telecom Products etc.

Gaurav has independently represented corporate in numerous transfer pricing audits and has been successfully resolving transfer pricing disputes in a specialized manner.

Gaurav is a regular speaker on issues relating to international taxation & transfer pricing and addresses such issues before a diverse set of audience in various study circles & professional meets. He has been a Special Invitee at the Committee on International Taxation of the ICAI, and has convened the Transfer Pricing Course with the Chamber of Tax Consultants, Delhi chapter. He is also a faculty member for the Certificate Course on International Taxation offered by The Committee on International Taxation of ICAI.

Gaurav holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from University of Delhi and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
