This notification concerns the anti-dumping duty on imports of 'Clear Float Glass' originating from Malaysia.

A sunset review has been initiated to assess the continuation of the existing anti-dumping duty on Clear Float Glass from Malaysia.

The anti-dumping duty has been extended and will remain in force up to and inclusive of the 10th February 2026, unless revoked, superseded, or amended earlier.

The original anti-dumping duty was imposed via notification No. 37/2020-Customs(ADD) on the 11th November 2020.

The designated authority, under the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), initiated the review.
