Inclusion in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 –Rabobank International (Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen – Boerenleenbank B.A.) We advise that the name of “Rabobank International (Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen – Boerenleenbank B.A.)” has been included in the Second Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 by Notification DBOD.IBD.No.948/23.03.027/ 2011-12 dated July 18, 2011, published in the Gazette of India (Part III Section 4) dated July 30, 2011.

In pursuance of Clause (a) of sub-section (6) of Section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank namely: “Rabobank International (Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen- Boerenleenbank B.A.)”
