New Branch At Aligarh

In pursuance of Regulation 159(1) of the Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1988 read with Rule 4 of the Chartered Accountants Student’s Association Rules, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a Branch of Central India Regional Council at Aligarh.

        The Branch shall be known as Aligarh Branch of Central India Regional Council

         The jurisdiction of the Branch shall, besides Aligarh City, include the following cities/towns falling within a radius of 50 kms from Municipal limits of Aligarh:

1. Dibai
2. Jalesar
3. Khurja
4. Sasni
5. Atrauli
6. Sikandra Rao
7. Chharra
8. Kasimpur
9. Manzoorgarhi
10. Chandos

As prescribed under Rule 159(3), the branch shall function subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Council through the Central India Regional Council  and shall carry out such directions as may, from time to time, be issued by the Council.

New Branch At Guntur

In pursuance of Regulation 81(5) of the Chartered Accountants Regulation, 1988 read with Rule 4 of the Chartered Accountants Student’s Association Rules, the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is pleased to notify the setting up of a Branch of Southern India Chartered Accountants Students’ Association (SICASA) at Guntur.

        The Branch shall be known as Guntur Branch of Southern India Chartered Accountants Students’ Association.

         As prescribed under Rule 4(b) of the Chartered Accountants Students’ Association Rules, the branch shall, at all time, function subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Central Council, exercised through the Southern India Regional Council or the SICASA and shall be governed by the directions issued by the Central Council, from time to time, for the functioning of the branches of Students’ Association or such other directions that may be issued from time to time.
