FAQ :

The anti-dumping duty on imports of "Glazed/Unglazed Porcelain/Vitrified tiles in polished or unpolished finish with less than 3% water absorption" originating from China PR.

The original anti-dumping duty was imposed by notification No. 29/2017-Customs (ADD) on 14th June 2017.

The anti-dumping duty has been extended and will now be in effect until 28th February 2022.

The designated authority initiated a review and requested an extension of the anti-dumping duty on these tiles originating from China.

The affected tiles are glazed or unglazed porcelain/vitrified tiles with a polished or unpolished finish and less than 3% water absorption, falling under headings 6907 or 6914 of the Customs Tariff Act.
