Project identification for the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan is ongoing, with inputs being gathered from Infrastructure and Economic Ministries to ensure coordinated execution of projects.

The Bhaskaracharya National Institute for Space Applications & Geo-informatics, in coordination with DPIIT, is integrating data layers of Central Ministries/Departments on the National Master Plan portal.

The Empowered Group of Secretaries (EGoS), Network Planning Group (NPG), and Technical Support Unit (TSU) have been constituted and operationalised.

Training and capacity building for 17 Ministries/Departments on the PM Gati Shakti NMP has been completed.

The NPG includes representation from the Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Road, Transport & Highways, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Power, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, and the Department of Telecommunication.
