FAQ :
Companies must file Form GNL-1 for an extension on or before 29th September 2020.
Companies should use Form No. GNL-1 to apply for an extension.
Companies that were unable to conduct their AGM for the financial year ending 31st March 2020 can apply.
Registrars of Companies are advised to grant extensions of up to three months as applied for.
This extension applies to the financial year ending on 31st March 2020.
