Notice Against Employment Fraud/Unfair Practice
It has come to our notice that certain individuals/groups of individuals/institutions have been fraudulently offering false employment opportunities on behalf of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India(ICAI).
These individuals/institutions have been sending out fake employment call letters/offers and other bogus recruitment material including sms etc. using The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’s (ICAI) name, logo to defraud job seekers.
False letterheads and E-mail id’s, sms etc. may have been created using ICAI logo/office address. Job seekers could be duped of money as these fake recruiters ask candidates to deposit a sum of amount/draft /cheque etc. in their fake bank accounts, to receive an offer letter from the Institute.
We hereby declare that all such statements and representations made in such correspondence are not made on behalf of or with any authorization from any of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India’s (ICAI) Offices.
Employment to any candidate without a direct contact by the HR Department of the Institute, followed by a formal recruitment process to include a personal interaction session, would be considered an attempt of fraud.
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India(ICAI) has neither affiliated nor engaged any individuals/groups of individuals/institutions/agency for recruitment apart from those officially empanelled for the said work.
