The ICAI is requesting feedback on issues and difficulties encountered with LLP filings and nine specific company forms that have been launched on the MCA 21 Version 3 portal.
The first set of nine company forms was launched on the MCA 21 V3 portal on 31st August 2022.
The company forms available are DIR-3 KYC Web, DIR-3 KYC Eform, DPT-3, DPT-4, CHG-1, CHG-4, CHG-6, CHG-8, and CHG-9.
