SUB: EXTENSION OF LAST DATE FOR ONLINE EMPANELMENT OF MEMBERS TO ACT AS OBSERVERS FOR SEPTEMBER/NOVEMBER 2024 EXAMINATIONS UP TO 20th August 2024

ICAI Extends Observer Empanelment Deadline to August 20

It has been decided to extend the Last date of online empanelment of members to act as observers at the examination centres for the Chartered Accountants’ Examinations, September/November 2024, up to 20th August 2024.

The eligible Members who could not get empanelled, may now get themselves empanelled to act as observers for September/November 2024 examinations up to 20th August 2024.

Kindly note that Eligible Members are required to empanel afresh in every exam cycle.

The members desirous may visit the Observer Portal ie. https://observers.icaiexam.icai.org and make online application to act as observer for September/November 2024 examinations upto 20th August 2024.

Kindly note that, The Examination Committee at its 648th Meeting held on 8th and 9th January 2024 among other things has decided that there should be a cooling off period for one attempt after three (3) consecutive attempts for Observership duties. The same be applicable w.e.f. May 2024 with retrospective details.
