Expression of Interest for various works related to 38th National Convention.
The National Convention of Company Secretaries is a prestigious event of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India . The 38th National Convention will be held in the Kolkata during 2-4 September 2010 in Swissotel , Rajarhat , Kolkata.
The event related work like (PA System/Audio Visual/ Electronic System/ Other Stage Item) , (Stage , Backdrop And Banner Etc ) , (Video Coverage and Photography) and (Transportation And Taxi) is to be outsourced.
The interested parties capable of efficiently undertaking specified jobs / services may be empaneled for the Convention.
The contract for the event may be awarded to a party with proven credentials. If it is not feasible the contract shall be divided as per the tender division.
