ORDER

These two appeals by the assessee arise out of the separate orders dated 23-07-2019 passed by the CIT(A)-1, Nashik in relation to the assessment years 2011-12 and 2014-15.

2. Before us, the assessee has filed letters dated 23-04-2021 seeking withdrawal of the appeals. The relevant contents of such letters (except appeal particulars) read as under:

“The above referred appeal has been fixed for hearing before the Hon’ble “SMC” Bench. In this regard, we would like to submit that, we had applied for the Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme for the matter under consideration through Form-1 and consequently we have received Form-3 against the same vide Certificate No.136691060080121 dated 08/01/2021. Copy of the Form-3 is attached herewith. We request you to place this application before the Hon’ble Bench for further suitable orders.”

3. The ld. DR did not raise any objection to the withdrawal of the appeals filed by the assessee. As such, the assessee is permitted to withdraw the appeals.

4. In the result, the appeals are dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.
