ORDER

These two appeals by the assessee for the for assessment years 2012-13 and 2013-14 are directed against the orders of Dispute Resolution Panel-3, Mumbai.

2. On perusal of the letter dated 07-04-2021 filed by the Authorized Signatory of the assessee we note that the assessee wishes to withdraw both the appeals in view of having filed application under Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme proof of which the Form No. 3 is enclosed before this Tribunal.

3. Shri Kalika Singh, the ld. DR has no objection in case the assessee wishes to withdraw both the appeals.

4. In view of the request made by the assessee both the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.
