This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A), Meerut, Dated 11.02.2016, for the A.Y. 2011-2012.
2. The assessee has filed an application intimating therein that assessee has opted for VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued.
3. In view of the above, appeal of Assessee is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to issue of statutory Forms in favour of the assessee.
