T. Ashok Pai. Vs. C.I.T. 05/18/2007 [2007] 161 TAXMAN 340 (SC) Case Fact: Whether High court is empowered to accept question of fact ? Decision: Held by the Hon`ble Court that though Tribunal is the highest authority empowered to determine the question of fact but it means not that High court will have no jurisdiction in this behalf and question of law is generally arise only accepting finding of fact to be correct.
