O R D E R
The assessee has filed the present appeal against the impugned order dated 31.01.2019 passed by learned CIT(A), New Delhi relating to the assessment year 2010-11.
2. At the time of hearing learned Sr. DR pointed out that assessee has opted for Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and already deposited the full demand.
3. Learned Sr. DR has also stated that assessee has filed an applicationdated 17.02.2020 in which he requested for withdrawal of present appeal. He has no objection for the same.
4. Keeping in view the letter dated 17.02.2020 and as pointed out bylearned Sr. DR, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the assessee if Form No. 3 is not issued by the competent authority then the assessee is at liberty to move an application for recalling of this order and that will be decided as per law.
4. In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed.
Order pronounced in the Open Court today i.e. on 28.12.2020 in the presence of both the parties.
