 This appeal filed by the assessee is preferred against theorder of the CIT(A)-20, New Delhi dated 16.04.2019 for A.Y. 2015- 16.

2. At the very outset, the counsel stated that the assesseeseeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the dispute has been settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Act, 2020.

3. On such concession this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
