 This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-34, New Delhi, Dated 04.01.2016, for the A.Y. 2009-2010.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Assessee seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue is  Kumar Mathur, New Delhi settled in VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued.

3. In view of the above, appeal of Assessee is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to issue of statutory Forms in favour of the assessee.
