This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the orderdated 14th June, 2019 passed by the Ld. CIT (A) 15, Delhi relating to assessment year 2011-12.

2. None appeared on behalf of the Revenue and the adjournment application filed by the Revenue was rejected.

3. The Ld. Counsel for the assessee filed an application seekingwithdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee on the ground thatassessee has opted to settle the dispute under Vivad Se Vishwas scheme 2020 and has received Form No. 3.

4. In view of the above submission of the Ld. Counsel for theassessee, the request of the assessee seeking withdrawal of theappeal is allowed. The appeal filed by the assessee is accordingly dismissed as “withdrawn”.

Order pronounced in the open court at time of hearing itself i.e. on 1st March, 2021.
