 This appeal filed by the assessee is preferred against theorder of the CIT(A)-44, New Delhi dated 20.03.2018 for A.Y. 2013-14.

2. Vide letter dated 19.02.2021 the assessee sought permissionto withdraw the appeal as the dispute has been settled under the Vivad Se Vishwas Act,2020. 

3. Noting the contents of the application the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
