Job profile - Accounts Manager
1.To handle the fund accounting of
6 Funds
3 fund manager
2.To coordinate with Mauritius administrator and maintain the accounts of
4 funds registered in Mauritius
1 fund manager
3.To maintain the investment and investor database
4.To feed the fund account inputs to Investment team whenever required
5.To be on top of all compliance issues relating to
Companies act
Service tax
Income tax
SEBI reporting
6.To monitor and manage the weekly cash flow
7.To prepare the MIS using advanced excel commands
Skill required
1.Excellent knowledge of accounting
2.Very good in Excel
3.Good knowledge on IT, Service tax
4.IT savvy
Qualification and experience required
1.Chartered Accountant
2.Min 5 to 6 years experience
Area and Industry experience
1.Private Equity is preferable
2.Else, any good manufacturing / service company
3.Should have handled end to end accounting and MIS
4.Excellent Excel skills
