• Manufacturing plant Experience Required
• Commercial knowledge is required.
• Monitoring and overseeing of each department in the Units.
• Well versed with Plant Operations, Strategic Planning, Cost Reduction, Man Management, and Quality Control.
• Develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures and ensure proper internal control systems at plant level
• Maintain, Execute and Manage all statutory requirements of the organization as required by Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws and other Corporate Reporting Requirement at plant level
• Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash and payroll at plant level
• Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized and disposed of as appropriate and maintaining of Fixed Assets Register
• Analyse and Fix Benchmarks for managing various kind of inventory ( Raw Material, Finished Goods and consumables).
