1. JOBROLE - GENERAL SUMMARY & PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist and support the management in Internal Financial Controls (IFC) compliance, performing risk and controls based internal audits and implementing enterprise wide risk management framework.
Conduct meetings with process owners, prepare business process related documentation (SOP, Narratives, RCM etc), identify process gaps, design and test controls periodically, provide recommendations to improve efficiencies
Assist in implementation of COSO 2013 framework.
Also responsible for leading and/or assisting in ad-hoc special projects (new systems development / implementation for automation of manual activities to improve business efficiencies),
This role involves 25% travel (approx), spread across the 9 -12 months period, to nearby locations (plants/ retail stores/ warehouses) from the candidate’s base job location.
