- CA inter/CA qualified
- Relevant experience: Process reviews,internal controls, compliance
- Self Starter and a willingness to understand the process, ask the right questions and arrive at the root cause
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the entire “end to end” financial/business processes
- Able to Independently manage the scoping of various process reviews alongwith the realistic timelines
- Perform walkthroughs to identify control gaps, if any
- Developing action plans for control failures, monitoring progress and reporting
- Validating compliance with relevant accounting policies and highlighting inconsistencies
- Prior project management and Team Management experience is desirable
