Data Entry in relevant software package. Bank Entry and reconcilation etc. Preparation of letters and send emails. Preparation of outgoing bills. Maintain File of Bank voucher, Cash Voucher, Sales & purchase. Handling petty cash account. Monthly overdue outstanding process,reporting and follow-up. Handling vendor payments. Other bank related works like preparing cheques, maintaining bank balance.Day to day activity. Maintaining purchase records. Verifying preparing and submitting Service Tax / GST , TDS, Professional Tax .
