• Academic Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant;
• 2 year of post qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a small or a mid size firm;
• Strong Technical Knowledge in Audit, Income Tax and GST.
• Manages projects and processes- Balances multiple priorities by considering risk, importance, level of urgency and other linkages;
• Demonstrates a good level of technical knowledge and judgment and has the ability to develop well-reasoned and researched arguments on client issues;
• Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and the firm capture and leverage;
• Exhibit professional demeanor- Look and sound professional, demonstrate appropriate conduct
• Should be willing to and capable of delivering under tight timelines, basis the business needs including working on weekends;
• Attention to detail and quality consciousness;
• Be a quick learner and demonstrate adaptability to change;
